Items are shipped from Italy to any destination.
We do always ship to your Etsy address, if you want to receive your purchase elsewhere, please let us know during the chekout.
After purchase we usually ship in max 2-3 working days. Your order will be marked as shipped and you'll recieve a notice (in this occasion we'll provide you the tracking number, if it's possible).
→ PACKAGING
We do our best to make the safest package, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. If something will happen, send us a convo before you leave the feedback and we will figure it out.
→ SHIPPING DETAILS
You can choose between regular shipping (without tracking number) and registered mail (with tracking). Tracked shipping is automatic over €100.
Delivery estimations:
× to Italy: 2-6 working days
× to Europe: 4-7 working days
× to America, Asia and Japan: 8-15 working days
× to Africa, Australia and New Zeland: 10-17 working days
If your purchase won't arrive within 5-6 weeks after the despatch, please let us know, we'll work together on your problem.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Please, remember to check at your postal office any import restrictions to your country from Italy.
